DeltaV / Public information
Privacy without surveillance.
DeltaV has no accounts, advertising, behavioural analytics, marketing trackers or embedded third-party media. The game sends no gameplay or diagnostic information in the background. A bug report is transmitted only when you write a comment and choose SEND AUTOMATIC BUG REPORT. The tutorial sends an email address and limited session metadata only when you enter the address and choose CONTINUE SIMULATION.
1. Who operates this site
The controller for this website is DeltaV Orbital Strategy, an independent game project published by va2k0r. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. What is processed

The email address entered after tutorial completion, together with
tutorial_completed, the current turn, map seed, an ephemeral session ID,
source, timestamp and build version. No password, account or full game-state dump is

3. Cookies and browser storage
DeltaV does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. It therefore does not display a consent banner. Local browser storage is used only to preserve settings that you choose, such as brightness and sound levels. You can remove these settings at any time through your browser's site-data controls. The bug-report form does not monitor gameplay or transmit anything until you press its send button. The tutorial email form likewise transmits nothing until you choose CONTINUE SIMULATION.
4. Hosting and recipients
The public site may be delivered through GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages. Those providers process technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the service. When the submission receivers are enabled through Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare also processes stored bug reports and tutorial playtest requests on DeltaV's behalf. Email routing may be provided by Cloudflare when you write to the privacy address. Their processing is described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the transfer safeguards described in their policies. DeltaV does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising.
5. External links
Links to Steam, GitHub or other external services activate only when you choose them. The destination then applies its own privacy policy. DeltaV does not embed those services or allow them to track you before a click.
6. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
You may unsubscribe from playtest emails through the unsubscribe method included in those emails or at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
DeltaV does not make decisions about visitors through profiling or automated decision-making. The project keeps no visitor account or analytics profile. It may hold a submitted playtest email until unsubscribe or automatic expiry as described above.
7. Changes
This notice will be updated before analytics, accounts or other new data processing are introduced. The effective date at the top records the latest revision.
