Privacy without surveillance.
DeltaV has no accounts, advertising, behavioural analytics, marketing trackers or embedded third-party media. The game stores a few display and sound preferences in your own browser. Those preferences stay on your device and are not sent to DeltaV.
1. Who operates this site
The controller for this website is DeltaV Orbital Strategy, an independent game project published by va2k0r. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. What is processed

3. Cookies and browser storage
DeltaV does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. It therefore does not display a consent banner. Local browser storage is used only to preserve settings that you choose, such as brightness and sound levels. You can remove these settings at any time through your browser's site-data controls.
4. Hosting and recipients
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub processes technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the service. Email routing may be provided by Cloudflare when you write to the privacy address. Their processing is described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the transfer safeguards described in their policies. DeltaV does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising.
5. External links
Links to Steam, GitHub or other external services activate only when you choose them. The destination then applies its own privacy policy. DeltaV does not embed those services or allow them to track you before a click.
6. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
DeltaV does not make decisions about visitors through profiling or automated decision-making. Because the project keeps no visitor account or analytics profile, it will usually hold no personal data that can be linked back to an individual visitor.
7. Changes
This notice will be updated before analytics, accounts, newsletters, forms or other new data processing are introduced. The effective date at the top records the latest revision.
